End of Summer BDG BBQ - Sat. Sept. 17, 2005
Hey I-Club!
Big Dogs Grill is proud to be hosting their Annual end of summer BBQ show and shine for 2005. The event starts at 10am and goes till about 4pm, or whenever the last cars leave.
This year they will be taking donations for the Red Cross Hurricane Katrina Relief effort. Blankets, clothing, food, and toys (must be in original box) will all be accepted for donations. Anyone that brings something to donate to the cause will recieve ONE FREE ice cream cone per person.
Channel 5 and Channel 11 news will be notified as well for some media coverage for the event.
This is a ALL YEARS, MAKES AND MODELS show...... From Hotrods and street rods, to Harleys and Street bikes...and ofcourse, the Tuners, that means SUBYS, and any other tuners that may decide to show.
So everyone, gather your friends and families to come down and represent for the Tuner/Suby community. This is a family oriented event, so all ages are welcome.
Feel free to post this flier up on ANY other message boards, I would like to see the Tuner community come out in full force to show these old timer hot rod guys, that we indeed are just as much of "car guys" as they are.
Here is a flier for the event. Make as many copies as you like, and pass them out to any car clubs that may be interested. Keep in mind that we want everyone on good behavior, so that means, no burnouts, speeding, or general ricer behavior will be tolerated.
So mark your calendars, and shine up your rides, cuz this will be an awesome event!
P.S. Any vendors that may be interested in coming out to the event are welcome, but please PM me so I can make sure we have a spot for you to setup.

Remember that THIS event is on a Sat. 10am-4pm-ish, but I'm hoping atleast the BDG crew will show....but ultimately, I would LOVE to see 30+ suby's there from all around the Bay and beyond.
The BBQ is all set, I believe there will be Shish-cabobs (sp?), along with Hot Dogs and burgers too.
The last event like this was a blast, and this one will be even better! Shine 'em up and bring 'em out, and tell your friends too!

bump! I just emailed the flier to NBC news, so hopefully they will be there at the event for some media coverage. Remember we will be taking donations of food, clothes, and blankets for the Red Cross hurricane relief efforts. Lets see the suby crowd represent in force! Also, if you bring something to donate....BDG will hook you up with a FREE ice cream cone! w00t!
