If you know what to order and limit your portions, then you can't get fat from eating at a Japanese restaurant. But then that will defeat the purpose of "all you can eat"....

Aw nuts, I've already exceeded my sushi limit for another two weeks when I ordered $20 worth of rolls at Sushi House last night. I know, I'm a cheap bastard.
