Sanguchon is a mobile Peruvian sandwich truck located in Potrero Hill. Founded by Chef Carlos Altamirano and wife Shu Dai -- the owners of Mochica, Piqueo's and La Costanera -- Sanguchon will serve up hearty sandwiches, sides, and specialty house made fruit drinks in flavors such as passionfruit and purple corn.
