Talk about some great customer service. I just love salespeople that promise one thing and deliver another. Oops, still waiting for delivery, actually. I'll "trying calling" the gruppe-s and look for the person who does order fulfillment. Excuse me for not knowing that the person who sold me the part isn't the one responsible for the customer actually receiving it.
