u talkin about actual bear valley? im talkin about bear valley rd between pinole/martinez/lafayette...i live in p.hill right off reliez valley rd and that drive is awesome! bear valley is an old military road, everything from 100mph+ bank turns down to like 10mph hairpins when u come up into lafayette

lets all go out sometime, count me in. Those are my stompin grounds! unfortunately recently moved away from reliez valley rd mtz side, but im not too far to make the trip out. Closer to where it spits you out in LF. the run from MTZ to LF is good, but I really like the pinole alhambra valley part as well (although I dont know it as well)

 

thats my favorite part! the section from alhambra valley to the bear creek turnoff is tough but awesome if u r somewhat familiar...my buddy lived out there during highschool.

there is a starbucks near the corner of YV road and clayton road. its pretty chill there.

 

and good access to kirker and marsh creek...thats way back there tho...

 

WARNING: not sure how Marsh Creek is now, but in the late nineties the police knew all about street racers out there, they use to conduct sting operations out there. so be careful, you get your car impound and when you go to the impound to get it back it will be broken.

 

yes, but its different now.. no one really races out there.. its just a road now..

 

well as for a drive, marsh creek is too high speed at times. but as for a meeting spot i think its ok. or maybe somewhere in P.hill? KHOL's where the concord meet used to happen? i forget when all the bimmer and srt-4 guys are there but maybe on a different day than them.
