It turns out it wasn't really an infection, but I have eczema (skin rashes) on my legs and it was caused by that. But yes my other eye has been showing the same symptoms

 

How did you get eczema from your legs onto your eye? I don't even want to imagine that position.

Well it basically starts off by scratching your legs, not washing your hands and unknowingly and accidentally scratching or rubbing your eye. It's not the eye that has eczema, it's the area around it (eyelid and skin area)
