BTW, i have a cowbell ringing sound at idle, is that the WG or something loose in the DP? Anthony didn't fully tighten the hanger bolt, AND i had one giantic leak cuz we didn't tighten the springbolts on the DP/Catback connection all the way =P

And man....the smell of victory is making me nauseous

is your dp banging against something, maybe you can wiggle it, just a little bit, to see if that's what it is.

 

does it also happen if u turn on a/c? It could be a heat shield or something. I had that cow bell ringing problem when I had my evo catback on. It was the heat shield rubbing against the exhaust pipe. Bent it a little and no problems ever since.

It happened a lot when I had a/c on for some reason.

 

Guys.. sorry, I can't make it tomorrow. I have another date. hopefully next week if I don't have another date.

I don't turn on the AC anymore so i dunno, but will check the heatshield problem. Where are the other heatshields? it sounds like its coming from the front half of the car and not the back half. Maybe i'm just trippin and its my compressor wheel spinning a little with that tiny bit of exhaust..........
