is the 76 still a meeting point for south bay folks? If so, I'd be down to meet there at 7. I just recently discovered hwy 9 and 35....and page mill rd...holy crap it was awesome!

First time going to this. I'll be in Saratoga at 7:30. I've never gone to the HMB meet so if anyone goes there directly after Alice's I will follow you.

 

If you like Page Mill Rd another good route from Saratoga would be to go up highway 9, head north on Skyline, take a left on Alpine Road (which is what Page Mill turns into after crossing over 35) and take it all the way to 84. From there you can take a right on 84 and go up to Alice's, or take a left and go out to highway 1. If you go north up highway 1, you can then make a right on Tunitas Creek and take that all the way back up to 35. Lots of options, lots of great roads. Just be careful of us bikers.

Edit: Another alternative coming down Alpine is to make a left on Pescadero Creek and take that out towards highway 1. You can stop in Pescadero and get some pretty good food, too.

So people are meeting up this Sunday at the 76 in Saratoga? I'm trying to get past my break in period for the new car and mountain miles are a great way to do that. Plus I figure it would be good to get back into the BAIC community.

Some notes: we will depart at 730 so be prompt.

Eta at Alice's around 750 to meet up with northbay/east bay guys. Breakfast about 1 hour long. I'm not sure what time the hmb meet is, so we can choose a route depending on time. I vote for staying on skyline and avoiding hwy1 (don't ask).
