I'm going from San Leandro as well. Looking at the route that Alan looked up, instead of meeting right in Alameda, how about Laney College's parking lot? It's right out of Alameda AND it's literally right across the Freeway. How convenient is that?? Alameda has too many lights...would be annoying for caravan.
