Can we have a requirement, one that stipulates the guys in shape are required to wear 40 pounds of training weights strapped to their arms and legs?

Have you ever worn 40lbs on your body? Wearing a 50lbs vest for a physical fitness test is...... Ermahgerd and now 75 while doing a stairmaster....... WTF.
