It would make more sense for the people participating in the car show to head up on their own. The rest of the group can wait and depart at 1030. Anyway you look at it, all caravans arriving will have to wait at gates to enter anyway.

Yea unfortunately we may have to let them leave a bit earlier 
at least they can chill with us for awhile. We are still aiming to leave at the time that is listed give or take for 10min to get cars lined up.
