If you stop paying your house for 3 months nothing happens u will get a bunch of calls from debt collectors but thats about it. the 4th month is when they start foreclosure stuff. Another thing you can do is on the 3rd month call ur lender and tell them that ur having trouble paying ur mortgage and that you don't want to foreclose and if there is anything they can do for you....hehe let me know if you have any other questions!
