I have the Cobb exhaust and intake on my '00 sedan and I love em.....sound great and gave a good increase in power. Cobb is also coming out with an equal length header+high flow cat for the '00+ Legacies in December, I might get that but still deciding. TWE has a very nice header that would go well with a Stromung high flow cat. I know Zerosports makes some grille's for the newer Legacies, and I'm pretty sure there is an STI grille available too. Hope this helped.

Borla makes headers, K&N intake along w/ silencer removal should get you about the same gains as an intake for a lot cheaper. An equal length header would be better though. A cobb exaust would be good. I also believe that syms makes a cool grill (if you can find a way to get it over here) and so does erubuni I think.
