Hey guys, i just wired power wire into the ignition so the gauge turns on when my ignition is on, as well as a ground wire.
Then i wired the third wire into my O2 sensor. There are 3 wires running into the sensor, i wired it into the black wire. I was told to tap into the signal sensor wire BETWEEN the PLUG and my ECU. I did that and it still doesn't register on the gauge. Did i use the wrong wire?

Its a non-turbo 92 legacy wagon. Can i install this gauge without a turbo and make it work properly?

you can install a AFR even on non turbo cars. I have a 2.2l impreza and installed a autometer AFR. I got the schematics from ravensblade impreza. Some say install it before cat to get a accurate reading. Since we have boxer engines, installing it before cat will be on just 2 cyl on the right side of the engine. I could either weld a new O2 plug and buy another o2 sensor. Too much work decided to install it after cat, replaced the cat with a hi flow cat and works pretty good.
