Since everybody else is doing it...

I bought myself an 05 Legacy GT today. It's a non-Limited sedan, and it's black with the 5-speed manual, and I added the stereo upgrade, security system, auto-dimming mirror w/compass and the STi short shifter. What a freakin' sweet car. Yeah, I don't have leather or a sunroof but that doesn't bother me at all. My WRX didn't have a sunroof either. It does have dual zone climate control, the trip computer and the awesome electroluminescent dashboard with full gauge sweep like the STi. Yeah I'm a sucker for stuff like that. I still love my old 1986 XT Turbo 4WD's digital dashboard.

Anyway I'm a happy camper. I loved my WRX but I love this car more.

I just test drove a GT sedan tonight. I was quite impressed, 5 speed and a lot of power. It had the moonroof and leather which brought it to over 30k, a lot more than I would spend on a car like that. But it did move quick, though. Brian

That was a Limited. They cost about $2000 more then a non-Limited. Go to a different dealer and get a better price....

Another Legacy GT fan

I just joined the ranks of the Legacy GT fans! I took delivery yesterday (July 24) of my Regal Blue GT LTD with the 5EAT tranny. So far I just love my new car. My last car was an 02 WRX wagon with 5 speed manual tranny. The new Legacy offers much more usable power and superior ride and handling.

congrats. i too, as of this past saturday, became a proud GT owner. when i rolled it off the lot, it had 9 miles on it. another full tank and 310 miles later, here i am.
