My first suggestion would be to get a catback exhaust, as your car doesn't have a down-pipe, unless you have a turbo kit that you didn't post that is.

Where can you get Cusco stuff? I couldn't find a site for it. I'm new to the scene and am looking to enhance my '04 Legacy L. Also are there parts for other models that fit this car? ie: the WRX
