I was looking at a TSX too. In fact, I tested the Mazda6, the TSX (3 times), the TL (twice), and the G35C. I tested the GT 3 times, one auto wagon, 2 manual sedan except the last time I only went for 5 minutes cuz the only car they have was NOT a demo. Salesman said boss will give him crap for taking it out.
Car is exciting. Less luxurious than the Acura and even my 02 Maxima SE but in handles beautifully. Turbo kicks in nicely, and it's somewhat unknown. I live in the great white north so AWD should be fun to use.
Congratulations!

I have 3900 miles on mine since I got it July 2nd. I also have two Honda Civic Si's a 92 and a 93. I still think for me the Civic is a more pleasant car to drive. But don't get me wrong I love the 05 GT too. This is my 3rd GT since 98. This is without a doubt the best yet.

By pleasant I mean comfortable seats, I find the civics' seating position to be very ergonomic (correct) for my 5' 11" 180lbs body.
I don't have to worry about leaveing the civic in a gear above 3000rpm. Above 3000rpm the subby takes off, to much speed = equals tickets. That's my 93 civic. My 92 has 214WHP and 179ftlbs. That's a hold different animal.

Over the weekend we took our Civic to Englishtown. It ran 13.92. Over on the Cobb tuning web site. There's a guy who ran a 13.9 in his 05 GT. Not bad now days for show room stock.
The subby is nice but it sneaks up on you, where as the Civic you know your in for a ride. You should see the people reach for something to hold on to when you put your foot into it.
My other Civic is stock with 125HP and is a pleasent vechicel to ride in and gets 34mpg.
