legacy dash - service manual help?
I'm trying to get the climate control module (the bit that controls heat/ac/blower) out of my '98 legacy's dash, or at least get it far enough apart that I can get at the light bulbs that should be backlighting it. They burned out a while ago, and I want to replace them with LEDs. I already did this with my heated seat switches (which had also burned out) and they look pretty nice.
Trouble is, I can't find the digital service manual I used to have around somewhere. Can anyone help me get ahold of the relevant page(s) I would need to get into these bulbs? If you can I'll be indebted to you

After you get the radio trim off just aim the vents above the HVAC down, grab the exposed lip on the trim and give it a pull.

Yowza, that's awesome. Thanks!!
I'll post results when I'm done... right now I'm still trying to decide which color LEDs to use - stock green, or something prettier like deep blue (I have some on order off ebay currently)
Next step will be replacing the backlights for the instrument panel (not burned out, but I've wanted to do this for sooooo long).
If anyone has detailed info on how to do that....
Thanks again!
