how to Reset the computer 01 Subaru legacy Gt

I am having Subaru legacy GT limited 5 spd. I would like to reset its computer. but i don't know how? can anyone help please?

Car Info: 2000 Leg GT LTD

Unhook the positive terminal on the battery, then hold down the brake pedal for a minute. Installation is the reverse of removal.

is it I remove the positive first, then press the brake a minute. and then install the positive back after finish press brake?

HellaDumb is right, remove the negative cable and press the brakes for a minute or so. That should do it.
