Change both of them, not just one. They can be changed while the engine is in the car, but I would recommend using a jack to lift the engine up slightly for placement.

ok will do. and yea im going to take my jack and lift it a bit. i just wasnt sure if i could get the clearance to change them out.

now i cant find any mounts. i missed out on a set on ebay. if anyone see's some could you please let me know. there the air filled soft ones. thanks guys

You can get these at any dealership.

Try subaruparts.com, subarugenuineparts.com, or some of the online parts places. They're usually cheaper and sell genuine Subaru parts (because they're online representations of Subaru dealers).
