Yellow H3's
Yellow H3's
Well they are not THAT yellow, but they are an improvement over stock.
I bought the Phillips all weather H3's from http://www.powerbulbs.com/ (great site, free shipping from the UK!). No pics, but they are nice.

Thanks for that link, Mitch... I just noticed I had a fog light out yesterday and I've been endlessly searching for a set of matched H1 & H3 All Season (yellow/gold) bulbs.
I wanted the Osrams, as I found a few good reviews, but the H1s are *really* hard to find. They suggested the Phillips, so I'll try them out.
How long was shipping on those?

I just got my Phillips All Weathers in last night (missed them when they shipped over the Thanksgiving week). I got H1s and H3s, both in 12V/55W size.
They give a very crisp slightly yellow light (not anywhere near as yellow as the Hella YellowStars). Visually they appear white when you are looking at the car, but the projected light is nice and clean. It gives quite a bit more depth to the road.

Guys,
I was thinking of getting the yellow ion's from PIAA as well for my fogs, but is it REALLY worth it?
I was going to get these headlights for my JDM's:
http://www.supremepower.com/category.../spplight.html
But is that going to disrupt the light output as far as having super white headlight bulbs then yellow fogs? Or is it better to stay with super whites in both?
I have seen pictures of the yellow ions but it doesn't do anything for me... I can't grasp how good they are...
I have seen some older lexus's with normal headlights and yellow fogs... is this the same thing almost as the ions?
Edit: Forgot to mention that I have the fog mesh covers, so needless to say that when I turn my fogs on, not THAT much light shines through..lol So I need something that will SHINE through those and give me more light :-)
Thanks :-)
