ive got black chrome altezzas on my silver wrx, and everyone who calld it 'rice' changed it to 'nice' after they actually saw it in person no my car...
try some creative input instead of the same nasioc bull**** that all of you are full of... you people ***** me off so much...
and get your definitions straight, RICE is for mods that infer 'speed' such as big wings or stupid stickers... bla bla bla...

anywayz, ebay is ur best bet on any kind of taillight conversions.

i believe Altezza is the name of IS300 in japan......

if you see a civic, prelude, accord having altezza tail lights, do you consider them ugly and rice? if so, don't think you should put them on your wrx either. If not, you can stick with them until you realize someday those are called "Altezza tail lights" and they don't belong to wrx. that's like having a Type-r wing on a protege 5 which i personally thinks is very ugly.

altezza tail lights are bad....... just bad...... just keep the stock one cause it looks clean...... notice how those wrx with altezza tail lights never get sold on ebay?? shows how much people hate those lights......

Rice could also be defined as putting type R stickers on your civic when it isn't or (and I know no one does this) putting STI stickers on an non STI WRX/Imprezza/Legacy. In wich case they'd be saying it about me because I have STI fog lamp covers.
Any way If altezza lights look good to you get them. you can get them on EBAY but keep an eye on the quality.

 

I get a huge kick out of the responses. I've decided on morette heads AND morette tails. I just didn't think I could find the tails in the US. 'MoMoney627' gave me a good site. They're around $400 unpainted. The ones I saw on eBay were over $500. I do get the whole 'rice' thing. Everyone's car has to look good to them though. Simple enough.
