Wing on CF trunk

Wing on CF trunk

I was wondering if the STi CF wing or any other wing would fit on the Carbon Fiber trunk. The question is since the trunk would be so light how would be the structure? Would it be unsafe to put a wing on the car with the trunk and would it run the possibility of ripping straight off the car. I guess I am not making much sense but hopefully someone understands what I am trying to say.

Eventhough the CF trunks are lighter they are also much stronger. Remeber Carbon Fiber is much lighter than plastic but when weaved it's much stronger than steel (and it doesn't conduct much heat). I would think that if properly mounted (wing) you would not have a problem with that setup.

the cf trunk comes with holes already for a wing...so im guessing they did all the research already for this particular topic.....and so it would be safe if there are already holes in the cf trunk!
