Hi, I just wondered if anyone has tried this and if they'll fit?

I'm not 100%, but I was under the impression that only the lights & bumpers were new, so the rest of the car should be the same.
I did have a set of oem painted skirts on my '02RS. You'll need to order a few parts from Subaru though. I will try to find that receipt for the part #'s, but if I can't you need six pop screws for each side and the end caps for both sides. On the under-side of your door sill you will find round caps (sprayed over from the factory) remove these I used a exacto knife and a flat head.
The hardest part of the hole project is getting the upper part of the skirt on. On the rex we have holes on the top side to hold it, but the RS does not. I have read of people drilling the holes and ordering that hardware as well. I did not go this route because of all the salt used on our roads. So, I found a industrial stregth long dry time 2 part epoxy @ my local ace hardware store(sorry can't recall what it was). You need to go w/ something that has like a 24+ hr final cure time. This will make for a more plyable epoxy. Then line everything up bottom holes and all, place the front 2 plugs in. Place the skirt were you want it, apply generous amount of epoxy, install rear plug, and duct tape the skirt up. I noticed after an hour or so I had to tighten some of the dust tape to keep the skirt in place. I put them on the car last summer and sold the car 3 weeks ago and they still look great.
Sorry so long winded, but when I was doing mine the 1st time I wish some one else had already done it.
Good luck,

Thanks for the info, but I found out that the earlier skirts won't fit. I kinda expected it though because not many other things will fit either. Actually I've come to realize they've changed alot of things on the 04's
