Using i-Club's Search feature, keywords 'wide' and 'body', I found this thread:

Wide-body kits aren't commonly found here. JDM (Japanese domestic market) parts are expensive to import, especially the large pieces. Maybe another member knows of a JDM kit that you can find in the U.S. or a domestically-produced kit.

Cobb Tuning has a car nicknamed the Conebasher that they use for road racing and autocross competition to showcase their products. It features a wide-body kit that I think was fashioned in-house, or at least locally to their specs. Don't know if they market replica body pieces, though. Scrolling down on their page, one of the services they list is a wide-body fabrication capability.

I just checked out Cobb's link to their 'facilities' and saw their newer Salt Lake City headquarters for the first time. Nice!
