I have a similar wing (JDM version 7) on my silver WRX. You can see a picture of it in the Bay Area forum under the Solano Daytime Meet on 2/2/03.

You can find it at www.transformspoilers.com . It comes with everything you need to mount it. I had mine painted. They did a perfect color match. It is a PITA to install. It mounts with 13 1/4 inch bolts. I could only put in eight because of the extra bracing in the USDM trunk. I have heard that other people have used epoxy to mount it. Also, it is coming from Canada so you have to pay a duty when you import it.

This guy does sell them form time to time on e-bay. He goes by sirspoiler. I picked mine up there for $480 including painting, shipping and customs.
