What does everyone think of their interior in the WRX model. Do you like it/hate it?

If you have the limited version do you like/hate it?

 

I have an '06 TR, and I like pretty much everything except:
The Seats are not very comfortable at all, wish I had base WRX 1-Peice instead
The Silver Center Console/Shifter Trim just doesn't fit in with the other interior coloring
The Cloth Sections on the Door Panels are somewhat bothersome
The Interior is two toned, which is on a bothersome scale of 1-10, 1 point more bothersome than the cloth on the doors

 

I have an 04 wrx and i really like my interior. I have the nice racey style seats which besides looking cool are pretty comfortable for long distance and hardcore driving. The dials and buttons are layed out very nicely and conventiently. I agree that is somewhat bland and boring, but its functionality over looks when it comes to me.

 

I had an 02 bugeye(04 STi now) and the only thing I liked about the interior was the style of that Momo wheel. As for the 04-to present WRX, it's just plain boring.

 

I like my interior now.. Before I didnt like it too much it was too plain.. (03 bugeye)

 

05 wrx: i like mine. i got that weaving texture in mine, kinda like the carbon fiber weaving. the seats are a little big for me, but their aite (5ft4in asian guy) the thing i dont like about my all black interior is that you see dust and dirt hella easily. sucks cause you gotta wipe it down and dust it and such. but its sexy when you look inside to see all black. back seats are really cushy too.

 

^^^ Wanna trade your o5 seats for clean 03 seats? I've changed all my interior to black and kinda want the seats to match

i have an 06 tr and i effin HATE the interior!!

 

i had 02 interior and i switched it to 05 interior. i think the 02 seats where more comfortable, but i like the 05 interior better.

 

i have an 06 tr with leather seats (custom done) w/ blue stitching and a momo shift **** thats aluminum and leather and I think overall its pretty comfortable and nice looking. I am looking into the 1 piece seats though.

 

How do I like the interior? When it isn't rattling, buzzing, vibrating, or clonking it's alright. Simple and functional layout, seats are designed for burger happy americans so they don't fit me, the silver trim is a little tacky, I think the s203 or whatever interior with black trim really makes the interior look more upscale.

 

yea i agree. the silver did not look good. i simply spray painted mine and it just blends in and looks secksier.

 

I have an 04 WRX and I love the interior. I love the stock 04 seats, although they are a little too wide for me and I'm not skinny (5'8'' 180lbs.) I like the center console, it's made of high quality plastic and I like that gunmetalish gray color (sporty). Also, I love the MOMO steering wheel, many people have asked how much did I pay for it because they thought it was aftermarket, lol. Only thing I don't like is that whistling sound when I pull my seatbelt, although I heard it's an easy fix with a Dremel.

 

i hated my interior when i first got my TR and still dont care for it. might be because my preivous car was b5 s4 with the leather and suede interior in black and blue. what i have now is just plain boring and not very comfortable. im looking to get the WRX seats(just wrx, not wrx tr) seems like they might be a lil more comfortable and imo they look way better than the TR seats.
