What is the best place to buy JDM exterior parts?

What is the best place to buy JDM exterior parts?
Heres the deal:
I plan to buy a 03' or 04' Legacy 2.5GT Sedan sometime in the next 4ish months. Though, my usual thinking would be to save extieror untill I have performance, suspension and braking covered, I am going to stray from that with the legacy because I want my car to "look JDM". (B4 RSK that is) So, I already found some JDM wheels that I want, and a nice JDM STi Spring/Strut package, but I am still looking for some other parts. These parts are:
JDM B4 99-02 Front bumper
JDM B499-02 Side skirts
JDM B4 RSK Smoked tail-lights
JDM B4 99-02 Alluminum front hood w/ hoodscoop (for later use
JDM B4 99-02 Rear Bumper
JDM B4 99-02 Fog lamp assembly
JDM B4 99-02 Fog lamps
Now, I have already emailed www.japanparts.com and they havnt replyed to me, but their prices seem pretty scary to me (620 for sideskirts
) so I was wondering if anybody knew any good places to buy JDM pieces? I dont mind if it is used, as long as it is in good condition (no dents, chips ect) so if their is a salvage yard that ships to the US that would be good too. Basically, I am looking for the best deal (new or used) on good parts, so any help would be apprecieated.

Tonight and tommorow I will go on a search for part #'s of what I am looking for, then once I get them I will email you and if you could then give me a quote/ estimated price that would be great.
Also, i can probably find it myself, but anyone know a good place to find JDM subaru part #'s?
