Wagon vs Sedan
I was configuring a wagon at the subaru site, and wanted to know if the stock body kit for the sedan will fit on the wagon? If not, why? Also, are there any conservative body kits available for the wagon if the sedan unit won't fit? Thanks.

The wagon for the most part is pretty different from the sedan. The body kit for the sedan will not work on the wagon for the reason that the wagon is not as wide as the sedan(i.e. fender flares). I know that the wagon has its own body kit, which I think looks really sweet once the entire kit is put on. There are body kits out there for the wagon. It just takes time to find the right one that suits you.
It's not a wagon...It's a hatchback...I feel so friggin' old when people call my car a wagon...how the heck can a compact car be a wagon!?! Also, I'm not 40 years old and I don't have any kids...I DRIVE A HATCHBACK! AAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!
Sorry, just loosing my mind...

Yeah, I'm gonna have to agree with you there...
My friend has a Dodge Neon R/T, and I beat him drag racing. His reply was "At least I don't drive a wagon", and I said "I'd rather drive one then get beat by one". Needless to say, he refuses to speak of the race to anyone else and denies it ever happened in the first place...

You know, you would think people would have learned by now. I had a kid in a honda hatch with a can and an intake try to race me a week or two ago. Needless to say I couldn't see him in my rear view by the time I hit 80, but its like what in the hell were you thinking?
Personaly I have the sedan, but I love them both. The wagon is more like a hatch though.

I've taken to calling my wagon a FUV (fast utility vehical). Just over the holidays, let me see, I've hauled a 20 gallon air compressor, sheets of peg board, a craftsman ballbearing drawer tool chest, an 8" reflector telescope, and assorted lumber. All that except the lumber I put inside. I have the cargo basket on top and usually put lumber there with a couple of bungie cords to hold it down. I love my wagon. I mean, FUV.

The best Wagon kit I've seen that doesn't look all jacked up is the one by Dolphin. It's Daym expensive (around $3000 for the whole thing) japanparts has some wagon kits too.

I've been looking for a body kit for the wag too..
I've only found three..
the Liberal, Dolphin, and Subaru UK
Liberal and Dolphin look awesome, but are really expensive
If you wanna go with conservative, i'd go w/ the subaru UK, it's just the front and back lip spoilers, but looks pretty cool..
and the "wagon" sounds cooler if you say "sport wagon" like subaru says..

There is a company named RG-S also making bodykits for Wagon. I saw the picture of the Front bumper in the dress up and style forum in
http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/.
According to the person that start the thread, the side skirts and rear bumper will release soon.
from the picture the front bumper looks great. Maybe you guys should check it out

I just like hearing "you just lost to a wagon"... Not that I get myself into that position to often.
