I beg of you huck, please don't do this! Your Impreza looks great right now; don't rice it up man!
Like I always say, neon underbody lights should stay on waterbeds, not cars
And just so I don't like a completely blatant postwhore, Streetglow is good.... for me to poop on

LOL!!!!!

At SEMA i saw some LED lighting systems that looked pretty cool. some one told me they weighed less than neon, but who the hell would care about weight if your putting something like that on your car.

i think the streetglow ones are the ones to get. also, as for LED, that might be better also, as its lighter, (probily) uses less power, and is less fragile (no glass to brake)
oh, and dont forget the night rider sweeping LED for the hood scoop.

this is for that comp with dre, right? if that's the case and this is a one time deal try running a seperate deep cell marine battery to a series of flood lights with IR or UV bulbs. Jury rig them to the bottom somehow.

oh hell, if this is just for a one time deal, and shiat and giggles, head down to your local home depot, and get the garden lighting lights. they make some real cheap ones, (about a buck a pice) they also make colored lenses for them also. and they are so low powered, (like 5w) you could run like 5 of them and only draw 2amps or so. so, they would not kill your batter that quick.
