Turbo timer install help

I am installing a APEXi turbo timer in my 02 wrx and can't figure out how to take the center console off or the area surrounding a hand break.

Please help.

I already tried searching and didn't come up with anything helpful.

the area around the hand brake just pops off, you jsut have to pull really hard, i think i might have done it a different way but that is how i remember doing it,

cool thanks, now does anyone know which pins i need to splice the timer into. The diagram that came with the TT doesn't seam to match up to the ECU and I don't want to screw anything up

Thanks

unscrew the two screws behind the cup holder. then just pop the two plastic pieces off. once the two plastic pieces are off all you need to do is unscrew the stereo.

good luck.
