Exclamation Trunk lid weatherstripping

I installed my carbon fiber trunk and after adjusting the gaps and the latches all the way down/up the lid is still sticking up roughly 1/4" above the rear fenders. It seems to be the weatherstripping. Anyone else run into this problem?

When i did get it it wasnt flush as it was before. Now i cant open my trunk because it takes multiply tries slamming it to get it to stay closed. I need help to!
