are there any tail light mods for a 2007 sedan? my 2007 tail light assembly doesnt look good.

 

my best mod was switching out my 06-07 tail lights for 04-05 tail lights. i couldnt have been happier to get rid of those things!

where did u get the 04 tail light assembly? and who switched it out for you?

 

+1 for 04-05 tails. The first thing changed on my 06. The 06-07 Altezza style tails look too ricey & cheap. Look in local classifieds, there's usually some for sale or trade. They're easily swapped out, plug & go.

 

i posted a thread in my local classifieds section here on i-club asking someone with an 04-05 to trade tails.... it took a while, and some searching, but i finally found someone... but once you find someone to switch, it is easy to swap, just unscrew a few nuts, and they come out, the wiring is the same in the 04-05 years and the 06-07, so its just plug and play! good luck!

does the turn signal and reverse light need to be swapped places?

 

no. if you buy or swap for 04-05 lights they will come all wired up. you just unplug the old ones, they have a wiring harness sort of like a stereo, and put the new ones in place. you wont need to do any work switching light bulbs or anything like that.
