Swap Subaru to Momo (steering wheel emblem)?

Anybody know if you can just swap the Silver Momo badge off of the JDM Subaru steering wheels (like this one

with the Subaru logo from the 2005's? (like this one

I realize the circle on the 05 looks massive compared to the other, however, does anybody know if this can be done? I love the look of the JDM momo badge, and frankly, i'm not too keen on the Subie Logo on the steering wheel....thanks guys.

just swap the entire steering wheel thats the only way it will work, i think.

probably easier to get the whole steering wheel anyways

Eh, those two circular pieces aren't even the same diameter.

Your first mistake was that you bought an 05' Like wrx ish said, I think the only way that you can do it is by switching the whole steering wheel.

Why's that? Exact same as 04 only much better interior, rims look good on the amazing new CGM, wider tires, and some cosmetics....

well, apparently you can't switch that little emblem, whereas it does look possible on the 04' wheel, since the STi piece on that and the momo piece are similiar in diameter.

No dude, I was just teasing you because the 04' has the momo emblem.

ppl used to switch out their '02-04 USDM WRX wheels with the JDM STi ones, in order to have the aluminum MOMO piece and surround ring.

I don't believe you would want to mess around with modifying the surface of an Airbag cover!

If you love the three-spoke so much, go and buy a '05 STi one, it has an STi logo instead of the 6 stars...
