Swap out US 2002 for 05+ JDM center console

Swap out US 2002 for 05+ JDM center console
Would the JDM center console with its handbrake in the same place, as an US 2002-04 be able to swap into a bug eye?
E-brake should always be on driver side >_<!!!!! Actually, I'd like to put that in my car. I want the 05 center console. and I want those seats. What version are those?
If anyone can get some information on this It would be greatly appreciated. I want to do the 05 interior swap, but I don't want to have to move the e-brake if necessary.
