a 04 scoop on an 02 car will not work. when i ordered my Sti scoop for my 03 the vendor sent me the new one, and it was peretty off. you would have to bondo it in.

04's don't fit 03's or 02's but there is a Larger STi scoop made for 03, but its just a bigger scoop, nothing dramatic but it looks awesome

I read on one of the boards and saw the link of some company/store that made a 04 STi replica made to fit on the 02/03 Wrx's. It didn't quite go with the body, being that the 04 scoops are more boxxxxxy.

It wouldn't look that bad...

From what I hear, the monster hoodscoop cools down the IC much more then the stock hood scoop, sounds true... so I figure would it be cheaper to do this mod, and look good exterrior wize, and cool the IC more?

instead of jsut swapping the TMIC with another tmic?

i dunno, sounds lame, but yeah..

I just got my 02 wagon done. I will try to take a pic and post it in the next day or so. I am thinking about putting mesh in the grill and the scoop also.
