Hi,
I'm trying to install some 04 wrx foglights on my 04 sti but it doesnt seem to work. I'm using the factory prewiring and the wrx foglight button. After the installation, I get the green light on from the foglight switch, but no light output from the foglight. I've checked the fuses and those seem to be fine.

Any suggestions? thanks.

Check for power at the fog lamp connectors. Take a test light and make sure you have voltage there. I would almost bet that you don't. If you do there may be a problem with the lamps. If you don't, you need to trace the wire that should have voltage (find a wiring diagram). That will get you started.

I'm pretty sure I'm getting voltage, the foglight switch turns green only when the fogs are hooked up... I'll get a voltage meter just to make sure...

what about hardwiring to my parking lights....? is that really ghetto rice?
