Sparco 400 Series Seat mount Question

Sparco 400 Series Seat mount Question
Does anyone have this mount, I'm wondering if the base has a mounting point for the factory seat belt catch. (For a WRX/STI/Impreza/Forester)
I called sparco and they said "If the factory base had a mount theirs would"
The factory mount is on the top part of the base assembly, above the slider, not on the base.
I want to be sure I can still have my factory belt.
