recently my 05 wrx's driver side mirror (heated btw) was cracked and i need to replace it. i got 2 questions:

is the regular mirror and the heated mirror the same? i searched and found the part #91039FC050 and it says for all imprezas.

is it hard to install? anyone have a guide on how to do it?

 

I'm sorry I don't know about whether or not the mirrors are the same, but installation is cake. Just open the door and pull off the little, triangular, black piece that is on the inside of the door. Disconnect the wire and take out a couple of screws. It's really easy.

 

thanks for the tips.....i just ordered it, the part # is different than the regular mirror, and it costs $66 compared to about $15 for the regular mirror
