replacing guage cluster

I replaced my 02 WRX gauge cluster with an 04 WRX. The new cluster had only 79 miles on it! Either way, I asked about the mileage and my dealer couldn't do it, I was told to take it to another private shop and they can roll the odometer forward. For a small price of course. Unless you are planning on parting out anytime soon, Its not a big deal really
