Sorry, I was in a hurry when I posted that link. I'll give you the run down of how I did mine.

Buy some of the 3M Adhesive remover

Spray each letter, wipe away excess from your surrounding paint

Either carefully use needle-nose pliers & twist/pull the badge off, or use dental floss as a saw to take it off.

You'll be able to use your fingers to rub off the remaining glue, or use a soft cloth and the 3M stuff.

After you're done, wash your car, and wax the area to protect it.

Enjoy the new look!

I would use the hairdryer for about 40 seconds or so, then I would feel the letter. If the letter was hot, then I would start to remove it. Definitely use the hairdyrer's lowest setting and warm it up in intervals, you can always heat it up more, but if you heat it up too much, there could be damage. I had problems with the floss. It kept on slipping out of my hands and, it also wouldn't cut the letters off. I would have tried fishing line, but I couldn't find any. I used a credit card and it took the letters right off. The hardest part would be the removing of the glue. Use goo be gone and the credit card to scrap the glue off. I cannot stress, TAKE YOUR TIME! Don't be impatient and hurry it, you will scratch something. I would set aside a good amount of time, a couple of hours or so. Good luck and have fun! I hope this helps.
