First I apologize if these are noob questions but hey I am a noob to I-club. If other threads have answered these questions please point me in the right direction.

I have a 99 Impreza L....Like the car but fairly bland styling. Well few months ago had a girl back in and damage my front drivers side fender and got 1k from her insurance to fix it so I have decided to spend some out of pocket and get some body work done. Here is what I would like to do.

-get new drivers side fender (easy to do and I can install it with the damaged ones hardware

-install RS hood

-install RS front bumper

So my questions:

will the RS hood directly bolt in with the old hardware or does it take a different kit

For the RS front bumper what will I need besides the bumper itself

Also does anyone know a good source for OEM parts..I was thinking subaruparts.com since I probably can will call and save on shipping.
