I was wondering if you could or if anyone has done this in the past.

Can you put a 5 point harness seatbelt on the stock 04 seats? I am not sure if you could put an insert in the opening of the seat to split it up into 2 seperate holes for the two shoulers harnesses.

Yes you sure can, that is the use of those 2 holes is to seperate the harness so it gives more hold on you. Most definatly
