there are a few... from what I've seen Autometer makes the best. I dont have one (yet) but it looks like they're typical plastic that matches the dash and if you want it to match the current A-pillar you'll need to get it painted.

you can get them with 2 or 3 pods.... you can probably find them for about $10 cheaper on ebay or if you shop around.
from what I've heard they only fit the sedan. the wagon is slightly too tall. not quite sure what's involved in making one fit, so look around if you're in a wagon.
also I'm not sure what size gauge they're made for but I remember hearing that you'll have to cut them a little to fit 60s so...
also... instead of an a-pillar you could get Blitz DC gauges with suction mounts and do this:

Interesting enough My WRX replaced my 99 Jeep cherokee!
I miss not being able to off road and climb over snow bankens but the WRX more than makes up for it ")
other interior mods that would be great is this LCD screen mod that some guy is selling on ebay for like $350 I think....
a 7" screen goes where the head unit is and the deck goes in the factory Gague mount spot (uses the factory pod too) it looks friggin awesome!...
just search ebay, I saw it mentioned in the forms here too
I plan on doing an A-pillar and that LCD mod once I have some extra $$

I traded in a 99 Grand cherokee for my WRX, looks like a lot of us have the some taste outside of WRX's. I had a cj5 for a year or so, but got rid of it.
Back to the post, I would say it would look cooler if you repainted the rest of the pillar cover to match the black. I am thinking about doing that to my car
