So I am getting a replica lip and i was wondering if i should try to pain it white or not. i think it would look super fly.

I am thinking of painting it and then 3M coating it so it doesnt chip.

Have the lip covered with white vinyl, if you don't like it then peel it off.

 

I think it sounds like a bad bad idea. I too understand you have a thing for blue/white, or at least it seems that way lol. A front underspoiler just doesn't look right to me unless either a) matte black, or b) body colored. In the case of the replica v-limited lips, I wouldn't do anything other than matte black. If you want a WRB body colored lip, get a Cusco or something and have it paint matched to your bumper. I guess I just have too many white honda civics with white/blue custom interiors, and blue honda civics with white/blue interiors burned into my brain from the mid-late 90's. Just makes the concept seem too "ricer" for me, but beauty is in the eye of the beholder as they say.

I'm going to say no as well...it doesn't look bad persay, it just catches the eye in the wrong way...kind of breaks up the look of the car, imo.....

After Seeing that... White FOR SURE! I think it adds good depth to the car, it shows that there is actually a bottom to the bumper and that it doesn't sink into the ground.

I'm telling ya Ryan, keep going with the White/Blue theme. If you stick to the theme it will continue to look pretty fly. Even for a white guy.

They both look good. But if you ever got a rear one, and you had white up front, it would HAVE to be white as well. If the front and rear are white i think that would be too much.

But crap man look at it this way too. Paint it white at first and if you dont like it, paint it black lol. Easier going white to black then visa versa

 

if he did a rear lip, you could get away with it being blue. but I think that if the front lip, real lip, and side skirts were white... it would look pretty good, kinda like a white two tone.


since i am at work, I asked one of my coworkers what he though, and he said he liked the white lip.
