OK to wax a Carbon Fiber Wing?
Ah, I knew you'd respond Choku.
Since you have the same wing as I'm talking about. I'm pretty excited as mine is hopefully going to finally get here today..
Gonna wax the rex up this weekend and I'm hoping to get the spoiler installed. So, thanks.

you should wax the crap out of that thing. Use a clear coat safe wax and keep it waxed like you would a black car....dark color...heats up.
so many people either don't or rarely wax their carbon fiber and it fades and looks like garbage...
I'd put a couple coats of wax and top it off with some s100.
Wax every couple month at least.

Don't forget that the reason the CF fades is mainly due to UV, but not all waxes are UV protected, so make sure your wax has a UV inhibitor in there. I switched over to Meguire's NX Tech Wax because it seems to be easier to apply than gold class, and it does have a uv protectant.
But if you use stuff like zaino or zymol i dunno if you'd wanna downgrade to an off the shelf wax =P
