Oem Ski Rack

How does this install on my 2003 wrx? I am thinking about purchasing one through subarustore for about 110 shipped. Will I be able to install it myself?

if you are talking about just the ski attachment that goes on your cross bars. Yes you will be able to install it yourself.

If you can read direction......shoot if you can install a lightbulb you can put it on. Just double check the tightness of everything after you're done.

if you have those cross bars, just go and find a yakima dealer, they sell the lift ticket which is the clamping device that holds the skis/board then you get the vertical, or horizantal mount, it is just a pieace of plastic/metal that wraps around the cross bars, and then bolts to the ski rack, takes like longer to get it out of the packaging the it does to put on. and last you will need the lock cores to lock the rack it self, oem 110$, yakima abot 130$. the yakima is much better, becasue if you have tose parts, you can use them on a nother car if you get a new one. the oem parts probaly will not work with another rack system like thule yalima bar crafters. check it out first you will not be sorry to look at them, espaecially the lift ticket from yakiman the big one, it can hold 4 snow boards or 6 pairs of skis
