It is made of solid fiberglass. It needs to be painted and sanded down to the roof. I had 2 scoops. I installed one and have this one lying around. It's the same one used on the green eclipse in the "Fast and the Furious" movie. If you are not happy with the STI scoop that looks like a taxi cab, then give me a buzz.
