A new solution for the hawkeye guys who want to "Debadge"

So Tonight, I found out my trunk had two holes in it if I pulled the ugly subaru badge, so I slapped the sucker back on and went back to the drawing board.

Here's something for those of you who may be interested. I did a quick photoshop of what I have planned.

let me know what you guys think.

It's not so much a debadge, but it's more or less a way to cover up the ugly Subaru holes and still look half way decent. For those of you wondering. It will be a Spec C type RA badge on the right, black chrome/red emblem in the middle, and illest on the left.

Different.
Might be ill when it's done and the real deal.
I'd love to see it done.
Go for it imo.
Photoshop another pictures without the ra and illest garbage and just the STI.
I think that would look much better imo but who knows until it's done.

I tried that but it just seemed really naked. The STi seems out of place without another emblem in it's place. I'll get some real pics once it's all said and done.

Do any of you guys know any hawkeye guys who have done something like this, or do they usually just trade for the 04/05 trunks?

I would weld it up myself. But the only problem is that I don't have anywhere to repaint it for fairly cheap.

Yeah, I'm not really a fan of this myself but its a lot better than the stupid stars. and A LOT cheaper than getting it filled in and repainted.
