New headlights on ebay

well i have been lookin for some new headlights for my 02 WRX, i love the JDP ones i just dont like the price tag, i found these on ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...481606005&rd=1 has anyone seen thses installed on a car? do yall think they look cheap? 90 bux aint much, THANKS

Those are cheap crap, do NOT buy them. They are not really projectors either, that is BS. They are simple reflector lights.
They are poorly made and the wiring is not even correct, you have to "fix" them to make them work properly.
There is a very good reason why- A. they are so cheap and- B. the only place to find them is on EBay. No reputable vendors will sell them.
Keep your stock headlights and save up for a set of real high-quality projectors. Keep an eye on the classifieds here and at NASIOC, used sets turn up sometimes.
Morettes are cheaper than JDM/EDMs and are projectors as well, in fact the light performance is somewhat better with Morettes since they use H7 for low beams vs. H1 for JDM/EDMs. Used Morettes usually go for around $3-400.
